操作步骤总结:
1.打开evni-ex-----打开qb_colorado.dat图像文件-----启动Rule Based FX工具在Toolbox中，选择/Feature Extraction----ok----scale level设置---next---merge level--next--next

2.在layer可以右键view attribute/properties-----full interest---true--菜单栏可以编辑,添加矢量
