Last weekend, my son (Dingdang, three years old), his uncle (Xiaohu) and me were taking a walk at QianTang riverside.
There were many small stones on the ground. Xiaohu and I picked up some and threw it into QianTang River. Dingdang followed us, but he cannot throw that long. He tried again and again. I started to tell him that he needs to throw the stone at the tangent of the path. his uncle says: "No, you cannot teach him that way, he needs a lot of practices before he starts to understand how to throw longer".
I guess same applies to our Agile engineering practices like TDD, ATDD...
