修改ASP上传限制(Windows 2016)

问题发现：项目中使用网页进行程序发布，在上传文件时报错。在查找很多资料时，系统版本和自身情况存在不匹配，故做记录。

系统环境：Windows Server 2016

步骤：

1. 控制面板->管理工具
   

2. 打开IIS管理器
   

3. 选择配置编辑器
   

4. 选择System.webServer/security/requestFiltering， 修改maxAllowedContentLength上限值
   
   但是在修改完之后报了：
   

5. 再进入System.web/httpRuntime，修改执行时间和最大请求长度，进行上传测试成功。
