Due to visa issue arising from COVID-19 or the epidemic itself, some prospective PhD students holding an admissionoffer from a top University may not be able to commence their studies as planned. The full-time PhD programme atThe University of Hong Kong, with a competitive scholarship package, is a good alternative for you.
If you are an outstanding candidate (with a Bachelor’s degree of 1st class honours or equivalent) holding a PhDadmission offer for 2020-21 from a top University in any continents, you may submit the following documents to us forpreliminary screening for the prestigious HKU Presidential PhD Scholarship:
• duly completed form;
• a PhD offer of admission for 2020-21 from a top University; • CV including transcripts; and
• research proposal (if available).
