排除错误：

1、svn账号密码输入错误

2、Jenkins版本问题（一般不会有问题）

我使用的是2.235.1版本

3、Jenkins账号权限问题

需要管理员配置下账号权限

添加用户，授予最大权限

重启Jmeter服务，问题解决
