用Windows Powershell 打不开jupyter notebook 显示找不到指定模块

问题：安装Anaconda后，在任一文件夹中使用Windows Powershell 打开jupyter notebook时报错，显示找不到指定模块
解决方法：在环境变量中找到系统变量中的PATH，编辑，将Anaconda的安装目录下Ananconda\Library\bin的路径加入即可。
