[分享]Exchange企业邮箱被hotmail加入黑名单如何申诉

环境：

企业邮件系统

问题：

用企业邮件系统发送邮件，到qq、163等邮箱正常，发送hotmail邮箱出现退信，退信内容如下：COL004-MC6F14.hotmail.com 提供了此错误:    
OU-002 (COL004-MC6F14) Unfortunately, messages from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. ‘

 

解决方案：

登陆https://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx

然后就在表单填写相关内容申诉，24小时内会有答复的

 

PS:不要找微软售后技术支持，因为那些400客服发送的申诉邮件网址都是错误的。重点在hotmail是免费的，没有相应客服人员support，我们还是自力更生吧。
