(Android Studio) ERROR: SSL peer shut down incorrectly

错误原因：下载插件遇到网络问题

解决方案：SDK Manager——>SDK Update Sites，勾选下方的“Force https// sources to be fetched using http//”选项，然后重启Android Studio。
