安装propertiesEditor插件编写配置文件有中文，其他人eclipse中没有安装PropetiesEditor插件中文显示Unicode编码
解决：
1、修改Content Types---->Text---->Properties File编码为UTF-8，点击update
2、勾选PropertiesEditor-->conver option -->unicode conversion is not carried out at the time of preservation
