Civil 3D里使用Materials Browser时无法打开管理器，在网上查找资料后按下列步骤手动重新运行下安装程序就可以了：

- Manually reinstall the material libraries by running the following MSI files:
- (Installation Media)\Content\ADSKMaterials\20xx\CM\MaterialLibrary<version>.msi
- (Installation Media)\Content\ADSKMaterials\20xx\ILB\BaseImageLibrary<version>.msi
- (Installation Media)\Content\ADSKMaterials\20xx\ILL\LowImageLibrary<version>.msi
- (Installation Media)\Content\ADSKMaterials\20xx\ILM\MediumImageLibrary<version>.msi
在电脑上搜索 MaterialLibrary和BaseImageLibrary：
运行下这两个安装程序后再进入Civil 3D就可以打开Materials Browser了，至于后两个没有搜出来就只好作罢：
