在升级完pip之后，安装jupyter notebook出现问题（Warinning:Retrying<Retry<total=4…）
在网上查了很多，最后发现输入***pip install jupyter -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com***
即可安装成功
