设置Tabs缩进为4个空格
采用4个空格缩进，禁止使用Tab字符。
第一步：
Window–>Preferences–>General–>Editors–>Text Editors
第二步：
Window–>Preferences–>Java–>Code Style–>Formatter
最后点击 Apply–>OK 完成设置！
设置编码方式为UTF-8及换行符为Unix格式
Window–>Preferences–>General–>Workspace
设置.JSP/.XML等文件的默认打开方式
Window–>Preferences–>General–>Editors–>File Associations
设置字体和大小
Windows–>General–>Appearance–>Colors and Fonts
设置背景色为绿豆沙护眼色
