① 右键项目 → Build Path → Configure Build Path… 【Libraries】
② 选中JRE，单击Edit…
③ 选中 Workspace default JRE → Finish
④ 选中 Server Library → Edit…
⑤ 选中存在的tomcat服务器 → Finish…
【改完之后，虽然项目上有红叉，但是不影响运行】

【去掉红叉】
① 右击项目 → 最底下的 Properties
② 点击 Project Facets → Axjs2 Web Services → Runtimes
③ 选中存在的tomcat服务器即可
