Notepad++ 中使用tail -f功能

想要notepad++中有tail -f的功能吗？ 可以如下配置
Settings > Preferences > MISC 在 File Status Auto-Detection下
“Update Silently” 和 “Scroll to last line after update” 两个选项打上勾。
需要版本是Notepad++ 6.9.2 及其以上。
