插件安装失败一般两个问题，位置放错了，或者插件与eclipse 的版本不合适
使用eclipse mars，对应的tomcat插件com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.3.1.jar

eclipse 安装目录：D:\programfiles\alleclipse\eclipsemars17，在根目录下新建文件夹links，links下面新建tomcat.link文件，tomcat.link内容为path=D:\\programfiles\\alleclipse\\eclipsemars17\\links\\com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.3.1.jar
win10使用视窗键+R进入命令行，进入 eclipse安装目录，执行命令重新生成工具栏:eclipse.exe -clean
如果eclise的工具栏特别小，在网上找了个可行方法，
1、打开注册表（win+R快捷键打开运行窗口，输入regedit，点击确定即可打开），定位到目录：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide\，然后在右边空白处点击右键，选择新建->DWORD(32位)值，名称为PreferExternalManifest，值为1。
2、把下面的XML内容保存为eclipse.exe.manifest放到eclipse.exe同目录下：
（如果是MyEclipse，文件名则为myeclipse.exe.manifest，以此类推，前一部分与IDE的执行文件名一致）

打开后出现猫图标
