The Control Room is the main dashboard from which you can administer all server related activities such as changing the server status, managing your clients, processing file and user requests etc.
In Control Room, the administrator can view the following features:
- Server Status
- Client Control Center
- Upcoming Tasks
- Recent Activities
- Operations Room
- Repository Manager

- Server Status:
Use this Server Status panel to view vital statistics about the server.
The Administrator can view the following options:
- Server ON/OFF
- Number of tasks Completed
- Number of Files in Repository

Number of clients
Server ON/OFF: Server Status displays the current status of the server (ON or OFF). It also displays the duration of time that the server has been in that state. Administrator can use the toggle the server on or off button to change the status of the server from on to off.
Port: Server Port indicates the port through which clients currently access the server.
Completed Tasks: This displays number of requests completed since the server was turned on.
Total files in Repository: This displays the number of files that have been uploaded from clients to the server.
Total Clients: This indicates number of clients added in control room.

- Client Control Center
The Client Control Center Manager panel provides details about the clients that are connected to the server. This Client Manager also provides an interface for the administrator through which the clients are managed.
Click on the launch button to invoke the Client Control Center Manager. The Client Manager enables Administrator to manage and control all of the clients and automated tasks.
Add Client: Click on “Add Client” button to add user name of the client, you can select option whether you want Manual or Active Directory clients.
Manual: Use this option to add custom user name of the client.
Active Directory: Use this option to add your organization’s Active Directory user as an Automation Anywhere client.
The below image features are used to manage and control all of the clients and automated tasks.
Client Information: This option displays selected clients to ensure registered or not, is Active Status, and is related to Active Directory. Administrator can use below features in this section:
- Reset the password for client
- To active/Deactivate client account
- To allow/ deny client create tasks.
Machine Information: Displays the client system name and IP address.
Access Control List: To allow/ grant access privileges to clients so that they can create, upload, and download automated tasks to a single location or multiple locations.
Groups: Displays the selected client is part of any group.
Schedule Credentials: To allow the client permissions which will be used to run the schedule task, and lock the computer again on client system.
Task Status: Displays the tasks various statuses like number of tasks are completed, in progress and errors.
Deploy: This option is used to deploy selected tasks on client system.
Administrator can use flowing options to deploy the tasks on selected client system.
- Deploy: Selected tasks are deployed on the client system
- Deploy and Run: Selected tasks are deployed and run on the client system.
- Deploy and Schedule: Selected tasks are deployed and run on client system at schedule time.

- Upcoming Tasks
This panel displays information about what tasks are scheduled on selected date.

- Recent Activities
This panel displays recent activities about tasks, client status. In this panel, administrator can generate logs for repository, client and deploy log information.

- Operations Room
Use this operation to select client and task which can be modified or deleted. To modify tasks on control room, Automation Anywhere client should be part of Control Room system.

- Repository Manager
The Repository Manager enables you to manage and maintain a repository of automated task folders and files. Use this to deploy selected tasks on client system.
