解决pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='files.pythonhosted.org', port=443): Read timed out.问题，
今天安装alphaet包时发现，直接pip install alphabet会报错，报错信息是：pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='files.pythonhosted.org', port=443): Read timed out.
一脸懵逼如我，记得pip install的config已经改成清华源了哇，去清华源一看:我勒个去，难道是myz点燃了
Anaconda了？？
别急，一行代码解决问题，就是会很慢。。。。pip install --default-timeout=100 alphabet
