解决本地mysql连不上的问题，直接重启mysql服务就好了

1.点击win+r键，输入cmd，回车
Mysql “Lost connection to MySQL server at ‘reading initial communication packet‘, system error: 0
2.在弹出的小黑框输入services.msc，回车

3.在弹出的窗口中找到MySQL，选择重启此服务

4.重启之后Navicat就可以连上了
