1. Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> Menus and Toolbars
2. 展开Main Menu, 选中View子菜单项, 点击+号 -> ‘Add Action…’
3.选择other -> images，在images里面找到set background image，然后双击添加。
4 . 重新启动软件，打开IDE上面功能栏Views，找到set background image
5 . 打开set background image ，然后设置图片的路径即可。
