使用keil4的时候发现这个报了一个错误
…\OUT\STM32TEST.axf: error: L6031U: Could not open scatter description file …\OUT\STM32TEST.sct: N

$..\OUT\STM32TEST.axf: error: L6031U: Could not open scatter description file ..\OUT\STM32TEST.sct: N$ 其实是没有注册

$..\OUT\STM32TEST.axf: error: L6031U: Could not open scatter description file ..\OUT\STM32TEST.sct: N$

使用管理员打开注册后就不会报错了
