因为不同项目经常切换 node 环境，结果今天运行项目发现如下报错：
Node Sass could not find a binding for your current environment: Windows 64-bit with Node.js 12.x
报错指出这是因为在安装依赖前切换了 node 环境，同时还指出了运行命令 npm rebuild node-sass 去为当前环境下载绑定 Node Sass。
果断去安装再运行
运行成功了
