Python3.7.6
TensorFlow GPU =1.15.0,
显卡 940M
CUDA=10.0（NVIDIA控制面板显示为CUDA8.0，但是我安装10.0也可以用）
cudnn = 7.4.2

解决方法

如图一中提示的，由于cudnn和cuda版本不一致，我使用的是cudnn 7.4.2, 系提需要7.6.0，于是从官网https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/cudnn-archive#a-collapse742-10下载即可
