2、选择   Deploymenet

      点击   ***:war exploded  (一定要选择这个，不然刷新不了)

3、回到 Server 

     On  ‘Update’ action       : 选择  Update class and resource

     On frame deactivation :  选择  Update class and resource

4、重启 tomcat ,告别重启的痛苦
