1.Maven遵循思想

      Maven遵循约定优于配置的思想

      约定优于配置（convention over configuration），也称作按约定编程，是一种软件设计范式，旨在减少软件开发人员需做决定的数量，获得简单的好处，而又不失灵活性。

2.什么是Maven的超级pom？

         就像Java中的类隐式继承Object一样，对于pom.xml来说，它隐式继承超级POM。

         本文依据1.Maven介绍&&下载安装(Windows版)，安装版本3.6.1。安装路径：D:\Server

         针对Maven3来说，该超级POM位于maven-model-builder-3.6.1.jar包中

        解压该jar包，可以在maven-model-builder-3.6.1/org/apache/maven/model目录中找到pom-4.0.0.xml，即超级POM。

该超级POM的配置成为了Maven提倡的约定。即我们创建一个Maven项目的时候，src文件夹下包括main和test，main下包括java和resources等这些约定，都是在超级pom中定义的。
