#CE测试执行工具打开runner.py报错信息：UnicodeEncodeError: ‘charmap’ codec can’t encode characters in position 11-14: character maps to
解决办法：打开控制面板，进入Clock and Region，选择Date and Time中的change the time zone,点击change Settings…
点击OK,返回

点击Region，将时区同上改为东八区，重启电脑即可。
