在ecplice配置tomact
1、打开window点击preferences
2、选择java点击installed JREs
（1）点击ADD
(2)next
(3)选择本机jdk的位置
（4）finish
(5)Apply
3、选择Server点击Runtime Environments(1)点击ADD
(2)选择你的tomact版本，我的是8.0，根据你的下载选择，之后next
(3)点击Browse选择本机tomact的位置,之后——>Finish——>next
4、选择General点击Workspace,在Text file encoding里面点击other,选择UTF-8,点击Apply ,点击Apply and Close
ecplice运行tomact
1、（1）file->NEW->other,
输入web,->next->名字->next
（2）在这里点一下，打钩->finsh
2、（1）右击新建的web文件->NEW->other,输入jsp
(2)next->命名->finish
3、(1)点击Servers
(2)检查是否和电脑的tomact版本一致->finish
(3)打开tomact,点击Server第二个
（4）右击tomact选择Add and Remove
(5)点击Add All
(6)finish
(7)右击tomact点击start
