LaTex Error: File “picins.sty“ not Found

【报错】：

【报错原因】：CTeX包含picins.sty文件而TeXLive没有，需要手动安装。

【文件安装步骤】：

1. 下载picins.sty压缩文件（下载地址），解压后拷贝至C:\texlive\2019\texmf-dist\tex\latex文件目录下；
   
2. 命令行窗口输入texhash刷新Tex 文件数据库:
   

至此，问题完美解决。
