nova-manage cell_v2 list_cells 检查 cell出现 多了一个none cell
删掉多余的 UUID 查看已经恢复
nova-manage cell_v2 delete_cell --force --cell_uuid cfa40f03-71b7-4e84-aac8-90e3bbcb74b8
