VS2012创建或打开C++项目失败的解决方法，System.Collections.Generic.RandomizedStringEqualityComparer 不是 GenericType

打开C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0这个文件夹，如下图所示

删除ComponentModelCache这个文件夹，然后重新打开Visual Studio 2012，就可以打开或者创建工程了。
