解决方案：

方案1.删除工作空间下的.metadata文件夹，重新创建工作空间。

但代价太大，需要重新配置你的工作空间。

方案2.找到

D:\MFCWORK\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings文件夹，删除文件夹下的

com.genuitec.eclipse.ast.deploy.core.prefs文件
