解决方案:
1.第一种尝试方式:加上--trusted-host 执行 pip --trusted-host pypi.python.org install xxx 结果是:失败
2.第二种尝试:发现是url的来源的问题,换成了国内的pip源就可以正常安装了,我使用的是:pip install xlrd -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com,结果:失败

2)https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/ 中国科技大学
3) http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ 豆瓣

3.第三种尝试:思考了一下混合了两个问题的解决方法，使用命令：
python -m pip install wxpy --trusted-host=pypi.python.org --trusted-host=pypi.org --trusted-host=files.pythonhosted.org
结果：成功
