解决 The Hyper-V cmdlets for PowerShell are not available! Vagrant requires these to control Hyper-V.

在搭建Vagrant时候启动碰到了个问题：
The Hyper-V cmdlets for PowerShell are not available! Vagrant
requires these to control Hyper-V. Please enable them in the
“Windows Features” control panel and try again.
后面发现是自己把Hyper-V屏蔽了。解决方式就是打开
控制面板选择程序：
解决 The Hyper-V cmdlets for PowerShell are not available! Vagrant requires these to control Hyper-V.
然后

解决 The Hyper-V cmdlets for PowerShell are not available! Vagrant requires these to control Hyper-V.
然后把这个勾打上，重启电脑即可
