notepad++ 安装 plugin manager

1、从github下载PluginManager

下载地址：https://github.com/bruderstein/nppPluginManager/releases

 安装： 
将压缩包中的 plugins 和 updater 目录解压到 C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++目录，重启Notepad++ 。
