osgi 学习系列（六）普通jar包osgi化

普通jar包osgi化，有些是基于osgi开发的bundle，直接放到target platform中导入即可，有些jar包不是基于osgi开发的，在开发osgi的项目时，需要osgi化即可

New-->other

选择add external—选择需要的jar包

输入project name，finish即可。
