Oracle EBS 付款设定申为灵活，部分设定尚没搞清楚，确定的部分如下：
Cutoff Day: 截至日起，即超过此日起，将会在下一个付款周期
Due Daye: 往后推多少日，一般用于比如货到多少日付款
Due Date: 指定推迟到那日付款，基本不用
Due Day of Month : 搭配Months Ahead,推迟Months Ahead月后，每月的几号付款
Due Months Ahead：搭配Day of Month，设定付款要推迟的月数。
