解决：eclipse查看jar包源码乱码

今天想看看所里自行开发的一套框架源码，发现注释中文乱码了，经过以下步骤就才解决~

1.Window–>Preferences–>General–>Content types，将Java Class File 的Default encoding都设置为UTF-8。

2.Window–>Preferences–>General–>Workspace，将Text file encoding的默认编码也设置UTF-8。

重启eclipse即可。
