System–File Types（系统-文件类型）是Altium Designer 18中“Preferences”对话框第一项功能的第九个页面，如下图所示。

“首选项”对话框的“系统–文件类型”页面允许您定义与该软件关联的文件类型。
Options/Controls选项/控件
Associated File Types关联文件类型
Supported Extensions-此区域是该软件支持的所有文件类型的列表。
Register-通过选中此框来关联文件类型。
Extension-文件的扩展名。
Description-列出文件的描述。
All On-单击以选中所有文件类型。
All Off -单击以取消选中所有文件类型。
Group on-选择文件类型后，单击以选中组中的所有文件类型。
Group off -选择文件类型后，单击以取消选中组中的所有文件类型。
Selected on-单击以选中选定文件类型的框。
Selected off -单击以取消选中所选文件类型的框。
Supported Extensions支持的文件类型
True表示Register的框内已勾选，False表示Register的框内无勾选。
