Windows 10 安装 IIS 管理器

1. 打开控制面板；
   win+r->control

2. 启动或关闭 Windows 程序；
   程序->启动或关闭 Windows 功能，如下图：
   

3. 选中 Internet Information Services ；
   

4. 等待安装；

5. 提示安装成功。
