compile boost for vs2015 on win10

1. download boost
2. install vs2015, open vs2015 x64 command window
3. enter into boost directory, run bootstrap.bat

4. run command below

bjam stage --toolset=msvc-14.0 --without-graph --without-graph_parallel --stagedir="output_directory" link=static runtime-link=shared runtime-link=static threading=multi debug release

  you will find the libs in output_directory
