错误：ERROR 1290 (HY000): Unknown error 1290
过程：执行命令“set password for [email protected] = password('123456');”重置密码时，报了上面的错误
原因：MySQL正使用%s选项运行，因此不能执行该语句
解决办法：执行命令："flush privileges;"
然后重新执行设置密码的命令，就可以正常使用了
执行名“set password for [email protected] = password('123456');”设置密码成功：
mysql> set password for [email protected] = password('123456');
Query OK, 0 rows affected, 1 warning (0.04 sec)
执行命令“mysql -u root -p”输入刚才设置的密码登录成功：
D:\software\mysql\mysql-5.7.17-winx64\mysql-5.7.17-winx64\bin>mysql -u root -p

执行名“show databases;”可以正常显示数据库说明登陆成功并可以进行操作
