Action:
Verify the connector’s configuration, identify and stop any process that’s listening on port 8080, or configure this application to listen on another port.
在CMD中输入命令：netstat -ano
CMD中输入命令：taskkill /f /t /im 【pid】
重新启动tomcat即可
