有效解决出现AttributeError: module ‘labelme.utils’ has no attribute 'draw_label’错误

在labelme为4.2.9时运行json时出现标题描述问题，逛了很多帖子都没有解决，最后将labelme的版本修改为3.16.5就好用了，下图为操作过程。
