1、首先安装core。
1）安装运行库。（D:\TMS Biz products\TMS Biz products\TMS Business Core Library1.12.0.0 (2018-12-26)\TMS Busines Core Library\packages\dxe7\tmsbcl.dpk）
打开dpk，compile后build。
将bpl复制到C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\15.0\bin路径下。
2）安装设计库。（D:\TMS Biz products\TMS Biz products\TMS Business Core Library1.12.0.0 (2018-12-26)\TMS Busines Core Library\packages\dxe7\dcltmsbcl.dpk）
i)在tools-》options的library中library path中加入：D:\TMS Biz products\TMS Biz products\TMS Business Core Library1.12.0.0 (2018-12-26)\TMS Busines Core Library\packages\dxe7\Win32\Debug
ii）compile、build、install
2、依次按照以上步骤安装如下组件。
