获取天气接口数据

不需要图片的接口，本地测试5分钟3000+没问题，没封IP

去神剑云注册个账号，返回的数据很多 里面包含天气的图片，省的自己去找了，对图片质量没有要求的兄弟可以考虑这个接口，有更好的欢迎共享
