前提条件
安装了git，未安装的请参考git安装教程
1、点击打开Git的Git bash
2、输入：bower install bootstrap
可能出现的安装问题。
1、bower ENOGIT git is not installed or not in the PATH ，没有安装git，并且不是在cmd中安装bootstrap，是在git的git bash中安装bootstrap。
