为 webstrom 设置背景图片

1 . Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> Menus and Toolbars 

2 . 展开Main Menu, 选中Tools子菜单项, 点击+号 -> 'add action...'

3 . 此时弹出'choose actions to add'选择卡, 选择other -> images -> set background image

4 . 一路apply / ok即可, 打开IDE上面功能栏TOOLS, 看到下面有set background image

5 . 打开background image -> image路径 大功告成 !!
