There is a problem with this Windows Installer !!!!
I encoutered this error today, when i try to install PCL(all in one packet).
I search some key words related to this error, but only a few people encountered it.
After struggle of 3 hours, I found a solution for my device occationally.
go to this URL http://pointclouds.org/downloads/windows.html
and you will see this (today is 8/19/2018)
Click the "OpenNI 1.5.4" hyperlink on the bottom, and download it.
and then, run it.
everything is fine then .
