启动ArcMap
新建SWAT工程
选择要存储SWAT的存储路径，B:\ArcSwatFiles\NewArcSWATProject\ex0408
选择SWAT2012数据库文件，B:\ArcSwatFiles\runtwo\SWAT2012.mdb
如图所示，
SWAT工程创建成功，
此时工程内的文件结构，
