1.首先可能是Spring的中数据源dataSource中账号密码的问题
因为懒得写所以直接就考过来了，可能就会出现错误。
报错如下
com.mchange.v2.resourcepool.BasicResourcePool$AcquireTask: An exception occurred while acquiring a resource.
java.sql.SQLException: Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: YES)
2.在这数据源没问题，可能缺少注解
org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext loadOnStartup
严重: Servlet /scm threw load() exception
org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No matching bean of type
如下图
3.如果你的Spring路径错了会包以下的错误
org.springframework.context.support.AbstractApplicationContext: Exception thrown from LifecycleProcessor on context close
java.lang.IllegalStateException: LifecycleProcessor not initialized - call ‘refresh’ before invoking lifecycle methods via the context: Root WebApplicationContext: startup date [Wed Aug 10 19:19:40 CST 2016]; root of context hierarchy
这里你就应该修改以下地方
