彻底解决AS出现all packages are not available for download

我AS用的版本是3.4，刚更新完就一大堆问题，可能是安装过程中网速问题导致下载不完全的问题！
彻底解决AS出现all packages are not available for download
在project structure -> modules -> properties选择适合的BuildToolsVersion即可！
